clrmehppygrl's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hangin' with the Kid I'm trying to do a bit of relaxing today. I've got my son all day to myself because hubby is off at meetings all day, then working tonight. And the little guy had his yearly appointment this morning (he's completely off the charts in height and weight, but normal everywhere else) and daycare won't take them after 9:30am, so he had to stay home. So far so good. I haven't lost my temper at all. I even bought some of those break and bake cookies for us to make, which was lots of fun, but now we're both hyped up on sugar and chocolate. Hubby's on his way home for a bit between meetings and work. Thankfully, he got a little money today from selling some of our stuff off, so we can make it until Tuesday. I'm thrilled about that. Come next Friday, we should be completely caught up on all bills, and by the payday after that, we should be able to start saving. I'm excited about that. I saw a "For Rent" sign on a local, not so new, a little run-down duplex today, and I'm very tempted to call. Maybe I'll have hubby do it when he gets home, he's much better at these things than I am. If it's cheap enough, maybe we can go for it. We'll see. Tis all for now. Not too much is going on.
