clrmehppygrl's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Almost Three I took the day off yesterday to stay home and take care of my son, since he has this nasty virus going on. (Thankfully, today, it's almost entirely cleared up) And I sat for a good bit of the day and watched him play. I just watched him entertain himself in his own little world and fell in love all over again. He has his own mind. Very much so. His birthday is in about a month, and he's going to be a full 3 years old. That's completely insane. When I started writing this journal of mine, he was barely 4 months old at the time. Now he's going to be 3?? Last night he pulled me up out of my chair to get me to do my sun salutations from yoga. Now, I haven't been to the gym in a month, so I'm out of shape and not really able to do it well, but he didn't care. He stood me up, put his hands in the prayer position and said he wanted to do it. It was adorable. It made me laugh. I love that little boy. He's really no longer a baby. The only "baby" thing that he still inhibits is that he wears a pull-up and doesn't use the potty.
